DfB 1.31 Balance Update

I updating Dead From Beyond with a small patch that buffs shotguns and rifles. I also added a new shotgun - Auto 5.
Besides that there were some bug fixes.
This is very likely the last ever Dead From Beyond update. At the minimum I can assure you that there won't ever be 1.4 update, 1.3x is fair game tho :|
